Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Here is, in a few words, what data this website uses, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
POYQO is responsible for the data processed on this website. For any privacy question, email us:
What data we use and why
- Meta ads, only if you accept: with the Meta Pixel we measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who have visited the site.
- Your cookie choice: saved in your browser so we don't ask again.
- Your language: if you pick one in the selector, a cookie remembers it.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may record the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser of each visit, for security and to keep the site running. It keeps them for a limited time.
- Emails: if you write to us, we use your address and message to reply and, if we work together, for the business relationship.
The site has no forms or user accounts and uses no other analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
The Meta Pixel is a tool from Meta Platforms, the owner of Facebook and Instagram. If you accept, your browser loads it and Meta receives the pages you visit on this site, data about your browser and device, and your IP address. Meta may link them to your Facebook or Instagram account and processes them under its own privacy policy, including outside your country (for example, in the United States).
If you don't accept, the pixel does not load and your browser does not connect to Meta from this site.
Cookies and storage in your browser
- _fbp and _fbc (Meta cookies): only if you accept. Used to measure ads and show them to people who visited the site. They last up to 90 days.
- poyqo-consent (browser local storage): records whether you accepted or declined. It is never sent to our server and stays until you clear it or change your choice.
- lang (cookie): only if you pick a language in the selector. Opens the site in that language and lasts 1 year.
You can change your choice at any time with this button or with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site. If you withdraw your consent, we delete Meta's cookies and the pixel stops working.
Why we can use them
- Your consent, for the Meta Pixel. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running, and in remembering your cookie choice and language.
- Steps prior to a contract, or the contract itself, when you write to us to work together.
How long we keep them
- Meta cookies: up to 90 days.
- Your cookie choice: until you clear it or change it.
- Language cookie: 1 year.
- Technical server data: for a limited time.
- Emails: as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on where you are, the law gives you these rights:
- Argentina (Law 25,326): data subjects may exercise their right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25,326. You can also ask us to correct, update or delete it.
- Brazil (LGPD, art. 18): you can confirm whether we process your data, access, correct, anonymize or delete it, request portability, learn whom we share it with and revoke your consent. You can also file a complaint with the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority).
- European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR): you can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, object, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise them, email us and we will reply within the legal deadlines:
The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
Minors
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
